One of the worlds most prestigious and recognisable investment banks is looking to take on two GCC national corporate finance executives for their offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. They have one of the best track records in the region and certainly one of the best deal pipelines on what will be some of the biggest deals M&A deals in the GCC. They boast some extremely impressive senior management, and the role will prove a superb springboard for someone developing a career in mergers & acquisitions. The company are extremely selective and will only employ the highest quality applicants who take an active daily interest in the business world and have a passion for corporate finance. To apply you MUST hold a valid passport from either the UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain or Kuwait, must have developed financial modelling skills in DCF modelling,   valuations skills and will come from one of the following backgrounds:

MBA or CFA working within a corporate in strategy or corporate development.
 
1-4 years of corporate finance experience from an investment bank (M&A, DCM, ECM or project finance, not relationship managers).
 
1-3 years experience of equity research.
 
1-3 years in a management consultancy around M&A strategy.
