This role will take an active role in strategic planning using a market and data driven approach to identifying growth opportunities.
Specific responsibilities would include:
Conducting research and trend analysis of markets, consumers, distribution and other aspects of existing businesses, as well as additional venture opportunities.
Advising senior management on strategic initiatives in both market and product development, make senior management presentations and recommendations on new product and business opportunities.
Supporting the European Marketing Leader in the preparation of key distributor "playbooks" and in country "deep dives".
Deliver metrics, market forecasting, benchmarking, and product applicability for existing and potential business units.
The ideal candidate will be MBA or CFA/ACA qualified. The ability to fluently communicate ideas and analysis in writing, presentations and meetings is a must, as is a high level of personal initiative and ownership of work output.
Candidates should have developed experience within a Financial Services setting, and should ideally offer a consultative, strategic or business intelligence skill set.
