To lead the performance and development of the Customer Operations division of Barclaycard Business Chief Operations Office and to work as part of the senior leadership for Barclaycard Business.

Design, deliver and drive the strategy for Barclaycard Business Customer Operations, aligning to the Barclaycard Business 揘ew Horizons?strategy.
Build, lead and deliver exceptional performance through powerful leadership of Customer Operations, including the International Operations Development Team.
Deliver the Customer Operations KPIs and delivery commitments as defined in the Customer Operations Short Term Plan (STP) and Operating Plan.
Deliver best in class colleague engagement
Deliver the end-2-end Operational & Customer fulfilment, service (OLAs) and execution excellence (including Audit, Sarbanes Oxley and governance performance).
